History of the Company Activities
Rubber Industries Investment and Development Company was established as a Co. Limited on 03.07.1375 (25.09.1996) and registered in Tehran Bureau of Registration of Companies and Industrial Ownership. The company was transformed in to private joint stock on 30.06.76 (21.09.97).
The head office and the plant are located at KM.15, Zanjan-Tehran freeway. It was inaugurated in Shahrivar 1382 (Aug.2003) in presence of I.R.I then president trial production took place during 2nd half 1382, and the utilization started in early 1383.
Basic Activity of the company
The basic fields of the company activities, according to Article 3 of the constitution, are as follows:
Investment in the plans for production of rubber (tire) raw materials, accessories and tire plants.
Purchase or sale, import and export of raw materials or finished products of rubber industry from inside and outside the country.
Rendering every trade activities, providing credit facilities relevant to rubber and similar industries.
