Testing and Quality Control
The three very important prerequisite to maintain top quality standards are: high quality raw material,
the most modern technology and a manufacturing process that undergoes a very strict total quality control
system.
SABA TIRE CORD has paid proper attention to these principles and has setup a laboratory with the
most up to date facilities as a part of the quality control department to assure the highest standard and
application of statistical method of quality control. This department has three laboratories.
Chemical lab
This lab is responsible for all testings of raw materials and salt solution, chips viscosity and humidity, quality of additives and performs analysis according to ASTM and DIN standards.
