Nylon 6, 66 is widely used in the manufacture of tire cord fabric and other industrial uses, such as conveyor belts, reinforced hoses, car seat belts, nets and other fishing equipment. Currently the firm’s high strength nylon 6 and 66 tire yarns are manufactured specifically for use in tire cord fabric.

In the melt spinning production plant, the chips are conveyed to the extruder and being fed into the spinning pumps. The spinning pumps direct the polymer into the spin packs and filament yarn produced throw spinnerets. During the manufacturing process the monomer is suctioned.

After leaving the quench channel, the spin finish is applied and stretched hot by godet and eventually winded onto the paper tube by special winders.

The physical properties of the yarn are produced according to the needs of the customers. One of the most important characteristics of the yarn produced is the high quality of the yarn and the stability of the quality inside bobbin.
