The production process of tire cord (twisting)

In twisting, for producing of tire cord, spindle is twisted through the creel in one stage. The produced tire cord of twisted machine doesn’t have and due to its mechanism, is ready to consume. In order to reach to the highest quality of tire cord especially its strength, adjusting the twisting and increasing the elongation is performed in the machines which is supported the proper yarn quality. The direction of twisting can be S or Z.
